"I have been coming to this location for my eyeglasses for a couple of years now and I am a big fan of them The location is very easy to find. Parking lot is shared by a few restaurants and a faster option with Jimmy Johns. I have never found an issue parking here. Scheduling your eye exam is very easy. Unlike some places, I have never had an issue with calling and they have always picked up the phone. The building inside is very clean and they have plenty of options to pick from. I usually like sticking with Oakleys and they stock plenty of brands. One thing that I love about this place (which I haven't experienced from other locations) is that they are very clear about what my insurance covers and if any discounts from insurance I will get... ahead of time. From my years of coming here, all the staff are very friendly and accommodating. During my exam, they let me know what is covered under my insurance and if I have the options for further testing (which may or may not be covered). However, they do not push for these tests if you say no. The doctor here is also very friendly. He makes you feel like you are family that you haven't seen in a long time. He does not make you feel pressured nor does he pushes for any extra services or tests. Once I was finished with my exam, I brought the script to the front again, and I was free to pick out my glasses. Then they will sit you down, ask if you want any other upgrades if you wanted. Again, I like how they do not push anything extra. If you want basic and low cost, they have no issues... if you want to call all out, they will do that for you as well. I like how this place does give you text messages. They will remind you when your appointment is coming up, and if/when your glasses/contacts arrive."
